The Sikkim State AIDS Control Society (SSACS), under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Sikkim, successfully concluded its Third Intensified Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Campaign with an awareness programme for hoteliers and hotel workers in Gangtok on October 12. 
The programme was graced by senior officials, including Sikkim Police DGP Shri Akshay Sachdeva, DIGP Gangtok Range Shri Tenzing Loden Lepcha, Gangtok District SSP Dr Tshering Gyatso Bhutia, Traffic ASP Shri Karma Chedup Bhutia, and State Bank of Sikkim MD Shri Phurba Wangdi Bhutia. 
Launched on August 12 at Ridge Park, Gangtok, on the occasion of International Youth Day, the campaign aimed to promote HIV/AIDS awareness, encourage testing and counselling, support prevention and timely treatment, and combat stigma and discrimination. 
Together, let’s spread awareness, promote responsible health practices, encourage early testing, and build a stigma-free society!
