List of ICTCs and PPCTCs
There are 6 Integrated Counseling and Testing Centres (ICTC) and 6 Prevention from Parent to Child Transmission Centres (PPCTC) in the State. Further, to reach the far flung areas and to spread awareness amid rural population, one Mobile ICTC van has also been arranged.

24X7 Family Integrated ICTCS (PHCs)
These Primary Health Centres are facility integrated ICTCs where HIV counseling and testing facilities are made available. These PHCs have been identified with the consultation from respective Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) considering the important locations in respect to HIV/AIDS vulnerability.

Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI)/ Reproductive Tract Infection (RTI) Programme
More than 87% of the HIV transmission takes place through unprotected sexual intercourse and thus the STI component is an important part of Sikkim SACS programme. STI/RTI Services are being provided in the state by SACS in collaboration with RCH Programme –II of the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). The main focus of the RCH-NACP collaborative activities would be to provide quality STI/RTI service delivery to the general population to the grass root level.
