As part of our initiative to extend health services to government establishments, an Awareness cum Testing Program was successfully conducted at the Department of Mines and Geology today.
The program included testing for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, HIV, as well as blood sugar and blood pressure screenings.
We were honored by the presence and support of the Secretary Madam, along with enthusiastic participation from officers and staff members. Over 65 employees voluntarily came forward to get tested, showing commendable awareness and commitment to their health.
Encouragingly, following the success of today’s initiative, we have started receiving requests to conduct similar programs in other government departments. This response reinforces the importance of such health outreach efforts in institutional settings.
