An Integrated Health Campaign under the theme “My Health, My Wealth” was successfully conducted at the 96 MW Power House in Dikchu by the Mangan Rehabilitation Centre in collaboration with the Sikkim State AIDS Control Society under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Sikkim. 
The programme focused on spreading awareness about health, hygiene, HIV/AIDS, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), while encouraging people to come forward for testing without fear or stigma. 
Free medical services including:
General health check-ups
HIV testing
Hepatitis B & C screening
Syphilis testing
Dental and eye check-ups
Free medicine distribution
were provided during the campaign. 
A total of 68 tests were conducted, and the programme received a positive response from the local community. 
The campaign highlighted the importance of accessible healthcare, early diagnosis, and continuous health awareness, especially in remote areas.
