It was a successful and heartfelt Candle Light Vigil organised today by Recovering Users Network (RUN) at MG Marg in collaboration with Sikkim State AIDS Control Society (SSACS).
This vigil was held to honour and remember those we have lost to AIDS and to stand in solidarity with people living with HIV. The evening witnessed a beautiful gathering of people, including officials from SikkimSACS, volunteers, youth, and the community each carrying a message of compassion, hope, and unity.
The overwhelming participation showed us that change begins when communities come together. It was inspiring and truly motivating for all of us. Together, we continue to spread awareness, reduce stigma, and stand for a future where everyone is treated with dignity and love.
Let the lights we lit today shine brighter tomorrow.
Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s keep the hope alive.
